Grupo Binternational is looking for a Sales Manager for one of our clients, a german company specialized in legal software solutions located in Hamburg. They are a family company which has been present on the market for over 30 years.
We are looking for an open-minded B2B Sales professional to join their team and help them take their business further, by implementing new tools, structured processes and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients in Germany.
This role is going to be responsible for developing new opportunities, expanding the portfolio and building a trusting relationship with clients.
They are a little big family. They love coming together as a team, having weekly lunches in the office, doing off-site events, etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years in consultative selling
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in creating solutions for customers based on their initiatives and our offerings
- Knowledge of B2B selling, especially in Software area
