The Role: Customer Success Intern 

We are looking for interns who are passionate about sustainability and are eager to learn and grow in a start-up environment. You'll be part of a team whose mission is to take care of our customers and generate renewals, upselling and cross-selling, by understanding their sustainable goals and strategies, adapting our service to their needs and helping them make the most of our product. 

🎯 Challenges You'll Tackle: 

• Streamline Customer Projects: Ensure flawless implementation of our customer projects for an exceptional customer experience.
• Account Support and Analysis: Work with leading companies to help them achieve their sustainability goals. Design client's content strategy and oversee all aspects of their sustainability journey.
• User Support & Experience: Make sure our users' needs are always attended and and that they love our app. 
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and strategies to optimize workflows, contributing to the seamless integration of our ESG solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Product teams to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform scalability.

🤩 What you'll bring to the journey: 

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or similar.
• High degree of customer orientation, attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive mindset
• Exceptional oral and written skills in Spanish and English.
• Fluent handling and agile learning capacity of digital tools (Google, Slack, Miro,...).
• Authorization to do an internship and live in Spain.
