Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DoGood People

🎯How You’ll Drive Impact:

  • Prospecting & Research: Identify potential leads within the ESG and HR sectors across industries, ensuring a strong initial connection with DoGood’s mission and values.
  • Outbound Engagement: Implement outreach strategies to attract new leads through calls, emails, and social channels like LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to understand prospects’ needs, qualify their fit, and assess the lead quality for DoGood’s services.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance inbound lead generation, improve targeting, and drive engagement through content alignment.
  • Sales Handover: Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, providing insights to enhance conversion efforts.
  • Data & CRM Management: Keep the CRM (Hubspot) updated with accurate lead details, track interactions, and monitor follow-ups to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and lead generation strategies, providing regular reports on pipeline health and lead progress.
  • Stay Current: Remain informed about ESG industry trends to provide relevant insights and engage meaningfully with prospects.


    • 🤩What you’ll bring to the journey:

  • Experience in Lead Gen & Sales Development: 1-3 years in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales roles with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Strong understanding of sales and lead qualification processes, and able to work cross-functionally with Marketing to fine-tune strategies.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: A natural communicator with a knack for uncovering needs and a proactive approach to adding value for prospects.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident in digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack) and CRM systems like Hubspot.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiasm for ESG and sustainability is a big plus!
